The art of connecting with someone — fully, compassionately, and non-judgmentally — in their experience

A warm welcome to
withness psychotherapy;
an integrative, relational, holistic approach to healing.

This work is centred on the power of
presence, connection, and understanding. In a world where so many feel disconnected, my focus is on meeting you where you are—offering a safe space to explore, heal, and grow.

Hi, I’m Rebekah

My aim is to be fully present with you in your process; I am not here to fix, judge, or diagnose, but to walk alongside you, offering a compassionate, safe space where you can be heard, seen, and supported.

As a queer, mixed race woman I believe in the importance of intersectional theory in my practise. Having earned an MSc in Integrative Psychotherapy and Counselling back in 2022, I combine the attunement, co-regulation, and relational presence of attachment-based therapy and person-centred approach whilst utilising the practical tools of CBT. In this holistic approach to healing, I also blend somatic techniques and mindfulness practices into the journey.

The Therapeutic Approach

Attachment-based therapy

A therapy focused on understanding how early life relationships shape current emotions and relationships. By exploring your past and attachment patterns together, we can develop strategies for healthier connections today.

Somatic, Trauma and Holistic practises

Somatic therapy uses body-based techniques like mindfulness, breathwork, and gentle movement to help stabilise and process stored trauma and restore balance between mind and body. Together, we’ll explore supportive practices-such as time in nature, creative expression, meditation, or journaling-to find what best supports your healing.

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy

CBT helps improve emotional well-being by challenging unhelpful thoughts and building healthier coping strategies, leading to reduced distress and more positive,
adaptive behaviours.

Person-Centred Approach

A humanistic therapy that prioritizes your perspective and self-discovery, with the therapist supporting rather than directing, creating a supportive, non-judgmental space for you to lead the process and reach your full potential.

Intersectional practise

I recognize how different parts of our identities shape our experiences, especially for people from minority communities. With experience researching and supporting LGBTQ+ and POC individuals, I am committed to creating an inclusive and welcoming space for everyone.

Online or telephone sessions

Therapy is offered remotely via video or phone, providing a flexible alternative to in-person sessions. Whether you travel often or prefer the comfort of your own space, remote therapy makes support accessible wherever you are. My clients appreciate the ease & flexibility of this as they can meet from the comfort of their preferred space.
